Premium membership?

Hi my name is Kathy, I paid for my premium membership on march 11.
I have emailed the att guys and they told me to contact the admin, so I emailed Chris n with no reply and then I emailed the admin and still no answer. Any idea of how long it takes to become a premium member after paying?

Yeah, it should happen immediately, so keep bugging them if someone doesn't get back to you about it.

that depends how you paid. If you used a credit card, or PayPal's instant payment option, which you can do if your account has enough money, or if you have a debit or credit card linked to it, it should be instantaneous. If not, and you used an option like ECheque, sometimes it can take up to a week before payment is received. it really shouldn't take any longer, though, unless you actually sent in a money order. But even then, the admins should be at least responding to your inquiries if you feel that you've been waiting longer than the estimated period of time.

Thanks guys, I paid with my master card. It says in the sign up it would take 2 to 4 hours, loll
Then some one from the admin said no it would take 2 to 4 days?
hehehehe maybe they forgot about me?

O yeah, definitely. If you paid with your master card, you should most certainly be premium by now, especially given when you originally paid for it. maybe there was a problem processing your payment, but still, they should be keeping in touch with you and trying to resolve the situation. best of luck.

I know how frustrating this is because it has happened to me before. It's a real pain when the admins don't pay attention to problems like this yet want people to be premium.
